Nick has over 35 years’ mining investment banking experience, both as an equity analyst and working closely with corporate finance on business development and financing.

Nick has researched and advised companies and investors around the world, across a broad commodity spectrum, and across the market capitalisation range, from global diversified miners like BHP to junior exploration/development companies, and private companies seeking a stock market listing.

Nick has a BSc Hons (ARSM) degree in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, University of London.

Nick is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, the Geological Society (London) and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
